Work Break

A Proper Break, Done Properly

A Swedish massage studio in the centre of Slough, built for people whose bodies take a beating from the working week.

Built for People Who Never Stop

Most people who walk through our door have been putting it off for months. The shoulder that has been tight since spring. The back that complains every morning. The stress that never quite switches off.

Work Break exists to make that break easy to take. We are on Slough High Street, we are open late into the evening on weekdays, and a session here is genuinely restful: a quiet room, warm towels, and a therapist who listens to where it hurts.

No packages you did not ask for. No rushing you out of the door. Just skilled Swedish massage, adjusted to your body.

Three Things We Never Compromise

Privacy and Comfort

Private treatment rooms, clean linen every session, and full control over pressure, coverage and conversation.

Time That Is Yours

Your session runs the full length you booked. We do not cut it short, and we do not fill it with a sales pitch.

Honest Treatment

We tell you what a massage can help with, and when something is better seen by your GP or a physiotherapist.

Your Session, Step by Step

First time booking a massage? Here is exactly how it goes, so nothing catches you off guard.

1

A quick chat

We ask about your work, your problem areas and anything we should avoid. Two minutes, and it shapes the whole session.

2

Settle in

You get the room to yourself to undress to your comfort level. You stay covered by towels throughout, and only the area being worked on is uncovered.

3

The massage

Warm oil, long flowing Swedish strokes, and focused work on the tight spots. Say the word at any point and we adjust the pressure.

4

Come back round

Time to get up slowly, a glass of water, and a couple of simple suggestions for keeping the tension away between visits.

What Regular Massage Actually Does

Swedish massage is the most widely practised form of massage in the world for a reason. It works on the muscles and the nervous system at the same time.

Right on Slough High Street

We are in the centre of town, easy to reach on your way home from the office, the depot or the site. Slough station and the town centre car parks are both a short walk away.

We serve clients from across Slough and the wider Berkshire and Thames Valley area, including Langley, Burnham, Windsor, Maidenhead and Uxbridge.
